The company was formed over 10 years ago and is owned by John Lucas, a 20+ year veteran of the High-Tech Fortune 100 Corporate environment and has managing Real-Time System Development throughout his career.  John holds a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
